Allwyn launches Beat The Chasers National Lottery licensed Scratchcard and Instant Win Games

The games, inspired by the ITV Studios quiz show, have top prizes of £1.5 million

Allwyn is aiming to create more Scratchcard millionaires and drive greater engagement across Instant Win Games (IWGs), with the launch of two new games inspired by the hit ITV Studios quiz show.

The £5 Beat The Chasers Scratchcard is now in retail, and has five top prizes of £1.5 million, with overall odds of winning of 1 in 3.52.

The Beat The Chasers Scratchcard, licensed by ITV Studios, brings the programme’s pace and intensity to National Lottery games. There are three themed games: Cash Builder, which matches ‘answers’ for prizes; The Offer, which lets players ‘predict’ the Chaser’s offer; and Beat The Chasers, where players need to outscore the Chaser for a win.

Allwyn will support the launch through in-store and marketing activity designed to maximise visibility and drive engagement. Retail partners get National Lottery point-of-sale materials like signage, media screens, and posters.

Allwyn will also launch a Beat The Chasers: Head To Head IWG on Tuesday 30 June. Priced at £5 and with a top prize of £250,000, there is a 1 in 2.53 chance of winning a prize. There are three themed games: the Cash Builder where players can boost prizes, The Offer where players can find out how many Chasers they will be facing, and the Head To Head where players will face The Chasers in order to beat them and unlock a guaranteed prize game for more chances to win bringing the excitement and drama of the show to life. The IWG is also under licence from ITV Studios.

Beat The Chasers marks Allwyn’s second exciting, licensed instant win game in 2026, following February’s £5 Deal or No Deal Scratchcard and the Deal Or No Deal IWG, which engaged players and retailers alike.

Steve Parkinson, Marketing Director at Allwyn, said: “The Beat The Chasers programme has built a huge and loyal following across the UK, making it a natural addition to our Scratchcard and IWG line-up. With Beat The Chasers, we’ve created games that capture the competitive edge and quick-fire excitement of the show in a format that’s instantly accessible to players in-store and online.

“We saw fantastic engagement from both players and retailers with the launch of our Deal or No Deal Scratchcard earlier this year, and we’re confident Beat The Chasers will continue that momentum. And, as always, every time someone plays a National Lottery game, they help contribute to the £33 million raised every week for UK Good Causes.”

Steve Watling, SVP Gaming - Zoo55, ITV Studios, commented: Beat The Chasers has been a hit international spin off show and demonstrates the success and popularity of the chaser mechanic. This is the first time the format has been adapted for a game, and this Allwyn scratchcard and Online Instant Win Game features all the main elements from the show format. We look forward to seeing this partnership go live.”
