Parental Leave

At Allwyn we know that family comes first, and we’re proud to offer a market leading parental leave policy that supports every parent’s journey to family life.

Whether your family grows through birth, adoption or surrogacy, we provide 16 weeks full pay and 16 weeks half pay* for the primary carer with a further 20 weeks unpaid available. We also provide 16 weeks full pay and 16 weeks half pay* for the secondary carer.
