Spaces that inspire

At Allwyn, our workplaces are more than just offices, they’re a reflection of who we are as a consumer-focused entertainment brand, and of the National Lottery.

Across all our locations, we aim to create a consistent colleague experience where everyone belongs and can do their best work. Whether you’re brainstorming in open spaces, finding focus in quiet zones, getting competitive in our games zone or catching up with colleagues on our terrace, our spaces are designed to inspire.

We have mindfully created open-plan layouts and flexible zones that encourage connection, alongside inclusive features like motorised doors, adaptable workstations, sensory-friendly spaces, a dedicated parent’s room and a multi-faith suite.

We know that great work starts with wellbeing. That’s why our offices offer tea and coffee, filtered water and fresh fruit, plus practical perks like car parking, bike storage, and a shuttle bus to make your commute easier. Natural lighting, biophilic design features, and accessible layouts all contribute to spaces that feel energising and inclusive.

We embrace a hybrid way of working, while each team works slightly differently, we typically spend three days per week in the office. It’s a balance that lets us come together to connect, while keeping the flexibility to support your lifestyle.

Sustainability is central to how we design and operate our spaces, with our offices powered by renewable energy with long-term impact in mind.
